Inge Derde
Career
Inge Derde joined our firm as a partner on 15 October 2018.
After studying Law (1994) and European Law (1995), she became a lawyer, first at the law firm Van Olmen & Wynant and then at Laga.
Inge is a member of the Bars of Ghent and Brussels.
She was a member of the Dutch language section of the Brussels Bar (2011-2013) and is an assessor on the Disciplinary Appeal Board for Lawyers.
Experience
Inge Derde advises employers throughout the entire process of cooperation on recruitment, dismissal and remuneration issues. She specialises in public service law with a focus on disciplinary law, assisting public authorities before the administrative courts and the Council of State.
