In addition to the structural reduction, the NSSO regulation also provides for reductions for older employees, the long-term unemployed, first recruits, young employees, mentors, domestic staff, reception parents, catering staff and artists, in the event of restructuring, collective working hours reduction or introduction of the four-day week and for advancement programmes. For non-profit companies, there is the target group reduction for the social inclusion economy (SINE) and there are also various target group reductions in the public sector.
