Experience
Marine Semal assists both individuals and businesses in all aspects of employment law and social security law. She advises in particular on the conclusion, performance and termination of employment relationships, and handles disputes between employers and employees. She supports her clients with the various issues relating to their social security rights and obligations, especially unemployment, incapacity for work, workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
She also deals with liability law, both in seeking compensation for damage and in actions to establish the liability of an individual or a business.
Finally, she practises road traffic law, in particular traffic accidents, breaches of the Highway Code, and compensation for the resulting personal injury and property damage.
