Joëlle Tinant practises insurance law, with particular expertise in civil liability litigation, especially road traffic and professional liability cases (doctors, lawyers, etc.). She handles every aspect of these disputes: assessing liability, evaluating and compensating damage, and managing recourse claims by the workers’ compensation insurer.
She also practises workplace accident law.
