Experience
Alexandre Alves Martins advises and assists both businesses and individuals in all aspects of employment law and social security law.
In employment law, he advises in particular on the conclusion, performance and termination of employment relationships, individual and collective dismissals, restructuring, collective labour relations, protection against dismissal, discrimination and well-being at work. He also supports clients in their dealings with social security bodies and administrative authorities, especially on social security status, social security contributions, unemployment, incapacity for work, workplace accidents and social benefits. He also handles social criminal law cases.
He has particular experience in litigation and regularly represents clients before the labour courts, in both French and Dutch. He also assists them during administrative inspections, social investigations and negotiations.
Alexandre Alves Martins also practises civil law and business law, particularly contracts, liability, construction, leases and co-ownership.
